Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days. A 15% Restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support at inspirationalbraceletscanada@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at inspirationalbraceletscanada@gmail.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
